She Captivates Me

I know everything about her, yet nothing as I ought
Predictably unpredictable, she’s a mystery ever unfolding
She loves the warmth of sunshine on her skin,
A latte starts her day off right!
She enjoys romantic comedies, fragrant lotions
And white chocolate with almonds
She is a sensitive soul who cries easily and laughs often
She sees the best in others and intuitively draws it out
She delights my soul and refreshes my senses,
Her laughter makes the world feel right,
Her childlike innocence reminds me,
That I too must become as a little child.
She exudes life as naturally as a rose yields its fragrance.
She refines me, tempering my zeal with kindness,
Adding gentleness to my strength,
Showing me that mercy triumphs over judgment.
The radiance of Christ shines through her
And I am the better man for knowing Linda Kay.
